Hi, I’m Kathleen, a military spouse turned Virtual Assistant and Small Business Consultant.

I use the broad set of skills I’ve amassed in my Air Force adventure to help entrepreneurs take back their time. As an entrepreneur myself, I understand the challenges faced by small businesses and how overwhelming it can be when your business grows.

That’s where Chaos Coordination comes in. I use my neuro-divergent superpowers to help you organize your business so you can work on it rather than in it.

Along with my husband Josh and our dogs Mo and Tilly, we travel the world seeking out new adventures and experiences. We currently live in Northern Virginia.
